相变炉是根据热媒体中蒸汽与其他介质相比潜热大,传热效果高的这一特性,采用相变方式,在封闭容器中实现水的汽化,汽化后蒸汽与热交换器管内介质进行热交换,管内介质通过吸收蒸汽的汽化潜热达到升温要求,蒸汽则冷凝回炉筒、水再汽化,循环往复。

相变加热炉是水套加热炉的进化产品,是为满足油田特殊需要而设计的一种专用加热设备,主要用于油气集输系统过程中,将原油、天然气等加热到工艺要求的温度,以便进行输送、沉降、分离、脱水和初加工。燃烧器将燃料充分燃烧,热量经加热炉火筒(辐射受热面)及烟管(对流受热面)传递给壳体内中间介质水,水受热沸腾由液相变为汽相蒸发,水蒸气遇到分布其中的盘管向其传热后又凝结成水,从而使盘管中的介质被加热,实现了相变换热过程,这个设备在无氧工况下运行。主要由火筒、烟管、烟囱、盘管、燃气燃烧控制系统组成及操作间组成。设备出厂时所有附件仪表全部安装完毕,经过近多年来的油田现场应用及设计优化,除具有常规水套炉的特点外,还具有节水不腐蚀,设备寿命长,热效率高,安装使用简单等优点。
Phase change heating furnace is an evolved product of water jacket heating furnace, which is a specialized heating equipment designed to meet the special needs of oil fields. It is mainly used in the process of oil and gas gathering and transportation systems to heat crude oil, natural gas, etc. to the required temperature for transportation, settling, separation, dehydration, and initial processing. The burner fully burns the fuel, and the heat is transferred to the intermediate medium water inside the shell through the heating furnace tube (radiation heating surface) and the smoke tube (convection heating surface). The water boils and changes from liquid phase to vapor phase when heated, and the water vapor condenses into water after passing through the distributed coils, thereby heating the medium in the coils and achieving the phase change heat transfer process. This equipment operates under anaerobic conditions. It mainly consists of a fire tube, smoke pipe, chimney, coil, gas combustion control system, and operating room. All accessory instruments are installed when the equipment leaves the factory. After years of on-site application and design optimization in oil fields, it not only has the characteristics of a conventional water jacket furnace, but also has the advantages of water-saving, non corrosion, long equipment life, high thermal efficiency, and simple installation and use.
